Hot Wheels TV Series Batman No Window Fail

While out searching the other day for new Hot Wheels K case cars, I found a Hot Wheels TV Series Batmobile and with careful observations I noticed it had no window. For the photos below, on the left is the normal one and on the right is the failed one with no window.
