While toy spotting for the K case of Hot Wheels, I came across these fails. First, Walmart employees have taped the plastic box with the Tesla Model S, which no longer had the original blister, to another blister for a different car. This seems to be done to replace a stolen Ford Shelby GT350R. Next, the Monteracer has the wrong set of front wheels. Finally, the mystery models that are out now in the U.S. were replaced with a bunch of models taped in their plastic boxes without blisters.
